My system for doing real estate investing at a high-level could easily sell for $50K (fifty thousand dollars). And when you think about it, the system is worth far more than $50K.

Unlike a franchise investment, you are not going to have to invest $500K or $1M in the business to get the "systems". Also, the average break-even time for a franchise business, meaning the time when you re-coup[e your initial investment, is typically 6 - 7 years - if you are lucky.

In the real estate investing business, if done correctly, you have a high-probability of re-couping a $50K investment within 6 - 12 months - that is "months", NOT years.
